AvrameUSA Prep Plans are designed to help you expedite your research, bidding, and feasibility checks.

What is included:

1. Duo 57 floor plan drawings in PDF format.
2. Floor plans, electrical, cross-sections, elevations, window and door schedule, and foundation specs.
3. Duo options, showing common customizations:
   • Gable end window wall options with rough opening measurements
   • Extended gable roof with main and optional upper-level deck.  Covered front or back patio
   • Standard full-size Dormer options
   • Mini window Dormer options
   • Duo main level master suite options
4. Structural and foundation specs for bidding purposes

Non-refundable. If you end up not purchasing a kit, no refund will be given. Please make sure your HOA or jurisdiction allows Avrame´s to be built prior to purchasing.
