Shipping policy

Turnaround All orders are processed within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and shipped as soon as its ready. If any delays occur, we will contact you as soon possible.

Carriers We use different courier and postal services.  

Order Tracking If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders below a certain order value will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. For bigger and heavier goods, personal service is required to get the best price for transportation. The costs for heavier items transportation changes daily bases and thus we make sure our customers get the best price. 

Digital goods After the purchase, all digital goods will be directly available for download after the payment and are sent to e-mail.
